My life has been characterized by good, bad, & ugly happenings since i was born on 5th November, 1978. Presently am not poor rather, getting rich, and I strive daily to be content with what I earn. Life to me has been good, and every moment is a trial. I love myself, I love nature & I love God. Life refers to existence in the worlds. As I sit to write these lines of "whatever you may want to call it", deep inside of me lay a passion that needs to be unfold and channel through pragmatic operations aimed at arousing a blissful sense of euphoria for any recipient which of course the choice is mine. While hoping upon seeing you again, it dawn on me that you're really not here! The reason for all of this is you, though you're human, but you're nevertheless, not to be belittled. You're such that teaches the lesson that "good things comes in little package", plus a flair of which is not really explicit! It is the habitual thought that frames itself into our life. It affects us even more than our intimate social relations do. Our confidential friends have not so much to do in shaping our lives as the thoughts which we harbor. 1. Fruits Options: Water Melon, Paw-paw or Papaya, Apple, Pineapple. When in season, Orange & Mango. 2. Cereals Option: Rice, Oats, Corn (cooked, popped or roasted). 3. Carbohydrates Option: Bread, Rice, Biscuits, Plantain, Beefie, Super Bite, Corn, Cassava. 4. Proteins Option: Beans, Egg, Fish, Meat (red & white), Milk. 5. Fats & Oils: Vegetable Oil, Palm Oil, Groundnut, Margerine, Myonnaise. 6. Vegetables Option: Carrot, Garden Egg, Tomato, Cucumber, Cabbage, Green Peas. 7. Supplements: Multivitamin Capsules, Blood Capsules, Cod-Liver Oil Capsules. 8. Water: Always! This is not the best diet ever, but these foods are what my environment presents me with. If I consume much, I get weighed down. If am modest in my consumption, am agile.

Fear & doubt are two negative words that can cripple anyone if constantly allowed into the sub-conscious. The solution to fear & doubt is to constantly exercise great & strong faith in positive affirmations & believe accordingly!

HOW TO HAVE HEALTHY FUN!

Its so sad to discover that the activities most of we men consider to be fun nowadays, are self-destructive acts that undermine our health. Imagine a middle-class worker who leave home as early as 5a.m. to work, & closes at 8p.m. He head straight for the bar to hang out with friends. In the process, he downs 2 or 3 bottles of beer, & smoke about 5 sticks of cigarette as well as a joint, before going home to conclude his daily activity. This is the lifestyle of most working class adults in Lagos today. A few wise ones would rather spend time working out in a gym, doing some yoga relaxation exercise, & having a steam bath before going home to have some fresh vegetables for dinner. Before us all lay life, death, wisdom & foolishness. We've been endowed with the free-will to choose. The ball is in our court. We always have a choice! The availability of gym equipment like treadmill, elliptic cycle, static cycle, spin bike, rowing machine, steppers, instant abs, step board, exercise ball, medicine ball, bosu balance, dumbbells, total gym, jump rope, resistance band, multi-gym, barbells & weight plates, shall allow you the opportunity of engaging in a variety of workout. BREAKFAST OPTIONS. 1. Take any one, two or three combinations of these fruits first: watermelon; pineapple; banana; grapefruit; orange; apple; grape; papaya; mango. Its better to use only one kind of fresh fruit at a meal, then for variety, change the next morning. 2 We need cereal or bread at breakfast. For cereals, the following are good: oats; cornflakes; wheatmeal; weetabix; golden morn. If you choose to eat bread made of white flour, have a brown one. Wheat bread is best. If you cannot get a brown bread, toast your bread before eating. 3. Use honey or dates or brown sugar as sweetener. Milk is good, but must be low-fat or skim milk. EXERCISE & TIME!

A number of clients that began an exercise program, either in the indoor or outdoor gym, or by home service personal training, most often finds it challenging to sustain the program due to inability to always create time for their workout. Although, being able to sustain an exercise program consistently over time requires determination & discipline. Many people who do not exercise say they do not have the time. However, it is possible to increase the amount of time you are physically active, even if you are extremely busy. For example: 1. It could include parking your car half a mile from your destination & walking the rest of the way.
