1. Fruits Options:

Water Melon, Paw-paw or Papaya, Apple, Pineapple. When in season, Orange & Mango.

2. Cereals Option:

Rice, Oats, Corn (cooked, popped or roasted).

3. Carbohydrates Option:

Bread, Rice, Biscuits, Plantain, Beefie, Super Bite, Corn, Cassava.

4. Proteins Option:

Beans, Egg, Fish, Meat (red & white), Milk.

5. Fats & Oils:

Vegetable Oil, Palm Oil, Groundnut, Margerine, Myonnaise.

6. Vegetables Option:

Carrot, Garden Egg, Tomato, Cucumber, Cabbage, Green Peas.

7. Supplements:

Multivitamin Capsules, Blood Capsules, Cod-Liver Oil Capsules.

8. Water:

Always!

This is not the best diet ever, but these foods are what my environment presents me with. If I consume much, I get weighed down. If am modest in my consumption, am agile.
