Two Basic Laws of Pranic Healing.

Pranic healing is based on two laws: the law of self-recovery; and the law of prana or life energy. These laws are quite obvious but strangely they are usually the least noticed or least remembered by most people. It is through these basic laws that rapid or miraculous healing occurs. 1. The Law of Self-Recovery In general, the body is capable of healing itself at a certain rate if a person has a wound or burn, the body shall heal itself and recover within a few days to a week. In other words, even if you do not apply antibiotics on the wound or burn, the body shall repair or heal itself. At the present moment, there is no medicine available for the treatment of viral infection. But even when a person has cough or cold due to viral infection, the body shall recover generally in one or two weeks without medication. 2. The Law of Life Energy For life to exist the body must have prana, chi or life energy. The healing process can be accelerated by increasing life energy on the affected p

RECOGNITION ON PRANIC HEALING.

What is Pranic Healing? Each and every one of us is surrounded by an energy field called bio-plasmic body (ethereal body) or energy body or aura. Science, with the help of Kirlian photography has rediscovered the existence of energy body. ( Kirlian photography is a collection of photographic techniques used to capture the phenomenon of electrical coronal discharges. It was named after Semyon Kirlian, who in 1939 accidentally discovered that if an object is on a photographic plate is connected to a high voltage source, an image is produced on the photographic plate). This energy body keeps the physical body alive and healthy. Therefore, any disturbance in the energy body shall manifest as physical ailment. This energy body is called Pranic Body, derived from the word Prana. Pranic Healing is divided into different levels. In the first level, the students are taught how to absorb air prana or chi energy, and how to project it to the patients. They are also taught how to make their han

Do Couch Potatoes Live Longer?

A new study confirms what I’ve suspected for years: Cardio shrinks your telomeres. Even a couch potato who does no exercise at all may be better off from a telomere length standpoint than the folks who run marathons and spend hours on treadmills. Why is this important to you? Because many of today’s most widespread conditions and illnesses are associated with shorter telomeres. Telomeres are the tiny genetic “clocks” that tell your cells how old they are. Today, I’ll show you the simple alternative to cardio that can help you maintain your telomeres, so you can live stronger and longer. It’s the opposite of aerobics and other endurance exercises, which shorten your telomeres and make you more susceptible to cancer and heart disease. In one telomere study, people with the longest telomeres were the least likely to develop cancer. They were more than 10 times less likely to develop cancer than people with short telomeres.1 And when I read further into the study, I discovered tha
