Spinning is the latest fitness craze in Nigeria. It is an aerobic/anaerobic exercise of 60 minutes duration which involves a spin bike, light weight dumb bells, spinning costumes, bottle water, face towel, and motivational music. Depending on the trainer, the sequence for the classes may take different format. The basic activity includes: mounting the bike commencing warm-up, stretching, alternating grip, slow push-up, fast push-up, fundamental arm extension, dumb bell work, cool down, and stretches.
