Each thread of consciousness (our souls, over-souls, and beyond) within the One multiversal consciousness exists in one of eight states of consciousness. Our minds can be divisive when it comes to feeling our true feelings and emotional healing. We all know the feeling (ironically) of being made crazy by our thoughts. Yet, when employed skillfully, our minds are essential for these processes. Given that emotion has both a feeling component and a mental-cognitive aspect, both feeling and mind are needed for comprehensive, integral emotional healing.
